Why
is strength-resistance training important?
Strength-resistance training has been a major
component of fitness training, health restoration, sports medicine,
performance enhancement and injury rehabilitation programs for years.
The benefits of progressive resistance training - improved muscle
strength, cardiovascular health, and flexibility - are also important
to general health. In fact, the American College of Sports Medicine's
guidelines for maintaining optimum muscular and cardiorespiratory
fitness recommend a minimum of three strength/anaerobic training
and three aerobic activity sessions each week.

How much
time does training take?
A professionally designed fitness, sports or
rehabilitation aftercare training program will condense an entire
day's worth of exercise conditioning into an hour. It's easy to
find the time to train at Ironsmith because we adapt to your busy
schedule. Early mornings, late evenings, or any time in between,
we're ready when you are.
