Coach praises PlayStrong approach!

I am writing this letter to thank you for the extensive training that you have provided for our team this past season. The Colorado Xplosion greatly benefited from your conditioning program that we implemented in November. Your conditioning program was definitely a contributing factor in the Xplosion turning around a 4-9 record to a Western Conference Championship at 25-17 and a bid to the first American Basketball League playoffs.

Your teaching methods in training our staff and presenting the concepts to the team were outstanding. The combination of Sarah's expertise in physiology and kinesiology and Jennifer's practical application to basketball is a winner. We saw improvements in conditioning, core strength, and balance which translated to success on the court. I appreciate all of the personal attention that our team received, You were able to customize our training to a very hectic travel, practice, and game schedule. I felt our team was one of the best conditioned and least fatigued of all of the ABL teams, thanks to your program.

We appreciate your sponsorship of the Colorado Xplosion. Sarah, thanks for taking a special interest in our team and providing us with daily training programs. Jennifer, I really appreciate your video analysis and the basketball tips and feedback on the team. We feel very fortunate that you selected our team to train this season.
